Early Management Experience
Throughout his career, many of Shawn Punjwani’s roles have been managerial in nature and in practice. A natural self-starter, Punjwani’s entrepreneurial energy guided him to launching one of his first startups early into his career. This pursuit resulted in his roles as Senior Management Director, which involved Punjwani fully managing 7 store locations owned and operated by Southland Corporation. Punjwani’s 6 years with the company resulted in various achievements, both formal and informal. Most notably, he was recognized district-wide as the ‘Second Top Most Performer’ for bringing the most NOI to the venture on a district level.
